Browning's Citori Feather Lightning action components are machined to exacting tolerances, heat-treated for greater strength and fitted using the traditional lampblack and file method to ensure the precise fit of critical components prior to being assembled to the action. The Feather Lightning features a lightweight, alloy receiver with steel breech face and hinge pin, an oil finish grade III/IV black walnut, lightning-style stock with an Inflex 2 large recoil pad, intricate broad coverage engraving, front bead sight and mid-bead.
