The Hub's goal is to always work with customers when something happens. However, there are some basic polices we need to enforce.

Pawn

Pawns are due on the date listed on the ticket you are given at the time of the pawn. If you need more time, we are happy to work with you. Just keep us in the loop. Failure to communicate with us will forfeit your item on the due date. If you communicate, we will always work with you.

Firearm Retail Sales

Firearms – All sales are final.

No returns on Ammo, Optics or Close Out Items.

Special Orders are non-refundable.

Training

No Call/No Show:

With 48+ hours advance notice, you can receive a full refund or reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge.
With 47 to 24 hours advance notice, you can receive a refund minus 20% of the course fee, or reschedule to a future class with no additional fee.
Within 24 hours of the class, you can receive a refund minus 50% of the course fee, or reschedule to a future class with a 15% fee.
No Call/No Shows are ineligible to receive either a refund or reschedule.
